 The SONSP virtual mentoring service is a unique service for members of our professional society. The SONSP virtual mentoring tool will enable experienced practitioners to pass along lesson learned and career advice to entry level professionals or those looking to make a career change within the national security profession. Our system uses a powerful commercial mentoring software program to match mentors with mentees based on professional interests, experience levels and personality traits. Our service also provides tools to help structure the relationship between mentors and mentees and enable setting and tracking realistic and achievable goals. Tools include:
